The Shiba Inu loves independence and is a very smart dog. They are not neccessairly good with new people and they are not the easist dog to train. one reason being the independence factor. Also the Shiba inu lacks social skills with other dogs and can become violent. They are however great with kids. This breed requires at least an hour of daily exercise.
